A good solid weight loss plan is very important.
Nor should you place your faith or hard earned money in diet pills and slimming pills and other such wonder cures for obesity, even if they claim they are safe and wont cause side effects. There are many cheap weight loss products, just make sure you know what you are buying before parting with any money.
These people trying to sell these magic formulas and incredible remedies, assuring rapid weight loss, are simply frauds who are aiming to make some quick money by playing on your sentiments and duping gullible people who are overweight.
They are taking you for a ride at the cost your own health and precious money and a few weeks after you have attended their rapid weight loss program, you will get back to your old ways and regain all the flab that you had shed by using their machines.
Healthy weight loss cannot take place overnight; it is a gradual process that combines proper diet, life style changes, elimination of bad habits and moderate to intensive exercising along with a disciplined life. Determination and motivation are also key factors.
Diet
Free your diet of calorie rich food, oily fatty fried spicy food items, junk food, sweets, chocolates, aerated drinks, chips, cookies, pastries, cakes and other such items high in fat, cholesterol, unsaturated fat and other harmful ingredients which block the arteries and lead to obesity, cardiac arrest, stroke and other such life threatening diseases.
Instead replace them with fresh fruits, vegetables, spinach, fish, olive oil, lean meat, Lean protein, fibrous food, whole wheat items, brown bread, brown rice, fruit juices, 10-14 glasses of warm water, warm lime water mixed with a dash of honey every morning on an empty stomach and other such healthy food.
Warm water is supposed to melt fat, wash away the accumulated toxins in your system and suppress your appetite. Thus your stomach feels filled. If you include fat burning food in your diet, you will be even more benefited. Citrus fruits rich in vitamin C such as tangerines, oranges, lemons, limes etc as well as other fruits like water melons, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, apricots, and apples have properties which can liquefy or dilute fat. Green tea, rich in antioxidants, is another powerful calorie burner.
Probiotic fat free yoghurt and ice cream, fat free milk, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, carrots, beet roots, leeks, shrimps, scallion, brinjal, turnips, beans, parsley, pea, pumpkin are also good options.
Exercise
However you have to combine this diet with power yoga, aerobic exercise, running, jogging, brisk walking, cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, weight lifting, sports and even outdoor exercising to attain rapid weight loss in a healthy manner. You should also understand exercise and nutrition and what foods you should be eating pre and post a workout.
